We introduce you to Pénélope and Arthur, a very special French wedding couple that every summer came from France to this family villa in Cabo de Gata to spend their vacations. They had the illusion of celebrating their French wedding in Spain, and that it would be a crazy party with their friends and family.
The bride and groom getting ready were in the family villa in Cabo de Gata and as tradition dictates neither of them wanted to see each other during the preparations, so they allocated half of the house for each of them. The groom was accompanied by all his groomsmen and the bride by all her bridesmaids. You can imagine how much fun it was to switch back and forth. Fun and laughter were the ingredients of these wedding preparations that happened in a very natural and spontaneous way, just the way we like it, no old-fashioned posing! We want to tell what is really happening!
The religious ceremony was held in a very small village near the family village of Cabo de Gata, in Carboneras. The bride and groom took a short walk around the village after the religious ceremony and right after that a stunning red Cadillac picked them up for a drive through the desert of Almeria. After the Cadillac ride with their hair in the wind, and lots of laughter, we headed to the family villa in Cabo de Gata, where everything was ready for the reception of the bride and groom. An incredible catering bathed in the best French champagne enlivened a very fun cocktail. And how much fun we had with the saxophonist, undoubtedly a great professional who entertained the whole wedding with his incredible talent and with whom we had the pleasure of chatting throughout the day. If you feel like livening up the cocktail on your wedding day, hiring a saxophonist is always a great option.
During lunch, all the family and friends dedicated some beautiful speeches to the bride and groom and afterwards many guests decided to take advantage of the nice day to take a swim at the beach of Cabo de Gata, chat with each other or play petanque. We remember this moment of the day with great affection because people were really having a great time doing whatever they felt like doing at all times.
After some fun photos of the couple on the beach taking advantage of the stunning sunset of Cabo de Gata, a flamenco show awaited our bride and groom and guests at this wedding prepared with great affection. It is always wonderful to listen to flamenco but if you also have the opportunity to see a live concert with a "bailaora" it makes your hair stand on end.
And to finish the dance… What a dance! We can tell you that it has been one of the craziest wedding dances that we have found and that we have enjoyed the most. The guests were dancing like crazy while the DJ kept playing great electronic music that accompanied with his saxophone. A real party!
